This company is unbelievable! We purchased a large round bed and an extra large round bed 5 months ago and they are holding up well. We discovered a problem with an internal zipper that would not stay closed on the XL bed. (It was not a workmanship problem but a random failure of the zipper.) We contacted Bully Beds and sent photos/videos. They sent a replacement bed within a week. We experienced OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE plus our two dogs love their beds! We recommend this company and their products without reservation!
