Shopping on the site was really easy, but the best part was being updated on every step of the process. I knew the payment was accepted, the product shipped, the product was delivered. I even got a text message (my choice) to let me know when delivery has been made. The package was impressively small, considering the size of the bed. The included directions clearly explain that the bed is vacuum packed and will expand to full size in 12-72 hours. Still to come: What will the dogs think, and how long will it last? (One dog is notorious for destroying pillows!)
