Shopping experience on line was easy and quick. Ordered a bed and forgot to check if the return would be honored if our picky boy didn't get on the bed. So I called and the gentlemen was very nice and told me that I had 30 days to return the bed. So far he is loving the bed, although I ordered the largest size and I think my whole family could sleep on it!!! :o)
