The bed came in nice packaging and box. The color is pretty and soft. However, the memory foam is extremely firm... My dogs won’t lay on it. I have 3 dogs BTW, not one of them wants anything to do with it. They prefer the Costco beds. This was an expensive experiment on my part, I’m just hopeful one of my children’s dogs will use it. Great idea, nice looks, and speedy delivery. Unfortunately, my dogs prefer a more bed like feel.
