I ordered two items from Bunaai, one dress, and one suit set. They delivered only one product, after taking follow-ups for so many days I received my other product. But to my disappointment they delivered the same product again. after that I tried to contact them but no good responses. I had to literally struggle for more than a month for my dress, but they kept saying that my pin code is not deliverable. I mean they did deliver 2 wrong dresses on my pin code and now all of a sudden it wasn't deliverable. I got my refund after almost one and a half months. I used to love their collection, but after this incident, I was hugely disappointed.
