I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding my recent purchase from your website.

Purchase Date: 15 September 2025
Amount Paid: ₹8,236.50
Delivery Location: Canada
When I later checked the India website, I noticed that the same outfit was available for ₹5,780, and with the available 15% discount, the price would have been even more affordable. If I had known this, I would have ordered it in India through my family.
Additionally, the website clearly mentioned that there would be no delivery charges for international orders, which helped me to make my decision to place the order directly to Canada. However, upon delivery, I was charged CAD 32.55 as import/custom duties. There was no prior mention or indication of these charges during checkout or in the shipping policy.
This resulted in two issues:
1. Price mismatch between the international and Indian websites.
2. Lack of clear communication about additional import/customs charges.
Had I been informed about these additional costs, I would have placed the order differently and at a lower total price.
I request you to please look into this matter and advise on a fair resolution.”
