This happens when founders forget the vision why they started a brand. The soul is gone and only worst quality products are made.

“It's been 2 months and I haven't received my full order. They won't cancel it, or refund it or deliver it. The one that I have received after 52 days of follow up is so cheap and transparent. On complaining about this, they said it is mentioned in the description that the fabric is transparent. When I want to recheck the description, the item won't open from the order page. If searched through the website, it is not anywhere. Customer service is very bad. At first they kept me waiting for 54 minutes. And later they are not receiving my calls at all.”
