“I placed an order for 4 items and being sent in bits and pieces, one at a time. Their customer service is pathetic. They do not commit to any date of delivery. They are arrogant too in their response. Its 12 days since i have placed the order and made full payment and they are not ready to commit to a date of delivery. They refuse to refund the amount as well. They say delivery is within 10-15 days. I don't see it happening in the next 3 days. Not happy with them at all.”
“I recently had a disappointing experience with Bunai. I purchased a dress from them, hoping for a decent product, but I received poor fabric quality and encountered fitting issues. Despite reaching out to them for assistance, they flat out refused to exchange the product, leaving me stuck with an unwearable dress.
The fitting was atrocious; it felt like I was trying to squeeze into a bra that barely covered my chest area. Even after ordering a larger size, the lack of support left everything hanging out awkwardly, and any attempt to adjust it only made matters worse.
When I asked for help, they offered only one solution: exchanging for a different size. But let's be real here, if the bigger size didn't work, why would I want to try another size that probably won't fit either? And to add insult to injury, they wouldn't even provide a pickup service for the return, expecting me to bear the cost of sending it back myself.
Their customer service was appalling; instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful. If Bunai can't provide proper customer service or quality products, then why bother selling in the first place? Buyers beware, unless you want to waste your money on ill-fitting clothes and subpar service, steer clear of Bunaai .”

I am a customer of bunaai my bunaai order no is 431095 I have ordered a saree from them on 23rd of March for the occasion of Eid and today is 13th April they haven’t even dispatch my order and when ever I call there customer care they want pick up the call and on WhatsApp they are giving me regular excuse ki within 3-4 days they will deliver my order they have ruined my occasion and moreover the worst part is you cant cancel your product cause they will not return your money. The trap cycle is huge don’t order from them they have zero commitment value for there customers”

“I bought a dress from bunaai, and got it damaged, they changed it for me but again got with same damage, and they said that when they checked it, it was in good condition. But the problem with the dress is the cloth is coming out of the stitch, they used less cloth, is the damage done by me? If not by them. And also first time when I got dress that was completely fine except the damage. But replaced one I can't even use, the hands sliping out from shoulders, zipping is difficult... especially is the cloth quality is worst.
Only thing I'm happy with them is first time when I said them I received damaged product, they arranged for replacement... If anyone one wants any dress from bunaai u need to make sure about timings, you won't get it early. It's been 2 months I ordered today I got my replacement product. Seriously I want share the video how it is flipping out of my hand but I can't.”

She complained about the same but they denied stating that their production team always checks the products before sending them for delivery. So, they mean to say, customer is lying. This is ridiculous reply from them. I request all the customers, please don't get into their trap of fancy advertisement on instagram and other social media platforms. I tried to contact them on Instagram but they do not care for customers reply. They just focusing on sales not after sale services. They are fooling the customers. If you get the wrong size and ask for replacement of size, they will not listen to you in first instance, after so many calls and follow ups, even if they agree, they will ask for the shipping charges and ask you to courier the previous one.
HOWEVER, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM ON NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM AND WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.”

I had purchased 3 of their most premium product and the quality and size was terribly wrong for all of them (i was taken by shock to see such quality of material and work). Had asked for return/ exchange/ credit the same day, they didn't respond for long and when they did they were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. they would cut my calls abruptly. Obviously they didnt take the return although it was well in permissible timelines. The CEO also didn't respond although reached out via several channels.
So, shows their culture and responsibility towards their customers, let alone the poor quality products. Since then i have been avoiding looking at their brand wherever they appear, ex: myntra. I do a lot of online shopping across many brands and this is the only brand that irked me so far.”

“It's a fraud website. Never go for it. Just a hyped and advertised website. I think they collect money from customers by giving them cheap stuff and use that money for advertising. I bought a dress for 5000 which is a good amount of money. The dress had torn laces with threads out also the cloth stuff is of very poor quality. They even refused to exchange the defective product. On contacting them they are just ready to share their exchange policy of no returns or exchanges. Please never visit the website or purchase anything. It's a cheap used cloth house.”
