“It's been 2 months and I haven't received my full order. They won't cancel it, or refund it or deliver it. The one that I have received after 52 days of follow up is so cheap and transparent. On complaining about this, they said it is mentioned in the description that the fabric is transparent. When I want to recheck the description, the item won't open from the order page. If searched through the website, it is not anywhere. Customer service is very bad. At first they kept me waiting for 54 minutes. And later they are not receiving my calls at all.”

“Bunaai is not trustworthy, their suits are very expensive which are not worth it, deliver bad quality dresses and cheating customers. I received suit which is totally different in color and bad quality. They are not ready to collect it back, and no refund. They are arguing. Neither Refund nor collecting delivered item back. “Worst service ever. I ordered a dress from their website and it reached in very bad condition the cloth was almost torn and the threads were coming out. I asked for a replacement of the product, after many mails they agreed to replace it. I returned the parcel next day to their pickup service guy and it successfully reached the warehouse still they are not dispatching fresh piece and I'm writing mails and trying to contact them from last 20 days.”

“They are clever in not putting any review section anywhere because people will be storming them with bad reviews , They don't deliver the product on time , their model to save their costs , that is to not keep ready stock is actually costing them their customers , add me in the list too . They make the product from scratch once you place the order , which takes them atleast 15-16 days to complete , which is on brighter side if they like your order otherwise they will not fulfil untill a month. If you want to order for some event or vacation kindly don't order from them , I did 1 month in advance but couldn't take my clothes with me on trip.”

They are arrogant too in their response. Its 12 days since i have placed the order and made full payment and they are not ready to commit to a date of delivery. “I recently had a disappointing experience with Bunai. I purchased a dress from them, hoping for a decent product, but I received poor fabric quality and encountered fitting issues. Despite reaching out to them for assistance, they flat out refused to exchange the product, leaving me stuck with an unwearable dress.
The fitting was atrocious; it felt like I was trying to squeeze into a bra that barely covered my chest area. Even after ordering a larger size, the lack of support left everything hanging out awkwardly, and any attempt to adjust it only made matters worse.
When I asked for help, they offered only one solution: exchanging for a different size. But let's be real here, if the bigger size didn't work, why would I want to try another size that probably won't fit either? And to add insult to injury, they wouldn't even provide a pickup service for the return, expecting me to bear the cost of sending it back myself.
Their customer service was appalling; instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful. If Bunai can't provide proper customer service or quality products, then why bother selling in the first place? Buyers beware, unless you want to waste your money on ill-fitting clothes and subpar service, steer clear of Bunaai .”
