“Dear team bunaai, if you noticed that I am a regular and a frequent buyer from your website and I thank you so much for these beautiful outfits that I have purchased from you but these days I really feel that you are losing the quality of your products and lthe price is on higher side than it was before and it's been difficult for customers like myself to purchase a cheap quality product at such high price, for instance I bought this SEA SWAN SUIT SET at price 2800rs. and the quality of fabric and dupatta is very cheap, and so is the other 3 outfits that I purchased, Please do consider it as request from your customers and do not lower the quality because for some of us quality is the only reason to buy from bunaai.”
“Loved what i bought and was happy to find it on sale. Only thing that I could point out is, if you like an outfit then buy it ASAP! Else, it will either go out of stock or, your size will not to be available.”
“Amazing comfort and colours. Just a lil additional feedback from my side if you could add pockets to kurtis or bottoms🤪 It will make my life easier 😌”
“Bunaai may have become a popular brand through a lot of PR and social media campaigning but to survive in the long run and become a brand FOR THE PEOPLE, they have a very long way to go. Their customer service is really bad!! Whoever is assigned the task of answering the customers on Instagram or their official email doesn't really know how to deal with customers. I live outside India and recently ordered some kurti sets from Bunaai for the first time. I did go through both the good and bad reviews before ordering so I knew very well that their return or refund policy is ZERO and people go through hell dealing with their customer service just to get back the money Bunaai owes them due to a bad order. Anyway, I was very careful to check the size and provide the correct address so that I receive the package without any issue else all my money will go down the drain. Firstly, Bunaai forgot to share the tracking details with me. When I wrote to them, they said they will send it to me but that was never sent. As a result I had no clue when the package was dispatched and was on its way to me. Imagine if the package got lost on its way, who would have taken responsibility? Secondly, after I received the package, I messaged them on Instagram to inform them about this slip from their end, they didn't even bother going through my message properly and replied back with a pre cooked up message. Now coming to the kurti sets, they were well made with proper lining but let's be honest, all their pieces are pretty over priced. In this competitive market we all know that we can procure similar kind of anarkalis and lehengas at similar prices but with much bead work or expensive finishing compared to Bunaai. Looks like this brand is more focused on creating a market image as a high end brand because clearly their pricing doesn't cater to the average middle class at all. Even their simple ethnic dresses cost 3k which we can find from other brands for 2k 0r less. I wish I could go all gaga about Bunaai but unfortunately, I will probably not purchase anymore from this brand. I cannot influence anyone's purchase decision but there are many home grown small businesses in India that offer similar styles but with better pricing and most importantly excellent customer service. I hope whoever is reading this considers such factors before investing in Bunaai because clearly Bunaai would rather fill their pockets than listen to their customers and improve.”
