“I received my suit set today. Material quality is not as per expectation and as per price. The colour and fitting are not as per photos. Kurta is not looking like new, very dull. Seems a over-sized kurta have been altered to L size. Return and exchange policy is terrible, so I will not order again.”
“i really love the collection and patterns, but these days prices seems to be 40% high for the same quality and patterns as compare to previous with similar quality material patterns. Kindly check your sales, you must be loosing customers. For the Kurta set which was Rs.2800 before was been charged now at 4000. fluctuation in prices might happen in all the places, but not sudden increase in prices . check you revenue and compare the number of buyers, you might be missing many buyers due to your price category... prices are very very very high”
“Dresses look absolutely stunning and the quality is also amazing but the sizes are not as expected also can’t ignore the horrible service when called on there support number. Even though the dresses are bit pricey I have ordered them as I loved the dresses but it is disappointing that I can’t wear them as the fitting is not right for me. It is either the size description in there size chart is not right or they have sent me the wrong size item but couldn’t exchange it with bigger size as their policy indicates no exchange on sale items so check twice and try ordering a bit bigger size than usual”

“Very off measurements; bought Green Bandhani suit but material is so thick cotton, no glaze, color of Pant and dupatta is different. Also around Arm measurement it's so big. We can't easily exchange or return products purchased. Not at all satisfied with my purchased it's not value for money at all. Be aware before ordering from them. My dress cost was Rs. 3500 and on top of that I'll have to spend money for alteration. Not so happy, won't purchase again until they implement easy returns/exchange policy.”

“Ordered a suit for the the first time in Bunaai. Liked the feel of the suit but the size was smaller than expected from other brands. Wanted to exchange for a bigger size but was told by the customer care that since it was in sale I'll have to pay the full amount if I wanted an exchange which is a 1000 bucks more plus I'll have to ship the product back at my own cost to their address. I feel that for first time customer there has to be a consideration as the size may not be as expected. Grossly disappointed!”
“I ordered for the first time and my experience with the delivery was worst. There was no contact details of delivery boy was given. And also no one came to my place for delivery. Instead I had to go and get the product from their warehouse which was far from my home. They were about to cancel my order without contacting me.

“Your exchange and return policies are too annoying.If your product does not fit in, there is no smooth way to exchange or return.
You have to keep calling their customer care and your call will be picked after an hour or two. You have to ship your product yourself in case you want exchange.
Really annoying experience with Bunaai.
