Ordered a suit for the the first time in Bunaai. Liked the feel of the suit but the size was smaller than expected from other brands. Wanted to exchange for a bigger size but was told by the customer care that since it was in sale I'll have to pay the full amount if I wanted an exchange which is a 1000 bucks more plus I'll have to ship the product back at my own cost to their address. I feel that for first time customer there has to be a consideration as the size may not be as expected. Grossly disappointed!
