Very poor services. I can’t give even one start. Please don’t buy anything from them.
Even they are not responsible for what they say. Every time they give excuses for delivery and for other things. Even for their mistakes we have to pay.

they don't even deserve one star. Pathetic customer service provided by them. They think, they can't make any mistakes. My wife ordered one dress from their website which was defective(torn). She complained about the same but they denied stating that their production team always checks the products before sending them for delivery. So, they mean to say, customer is lying. This is ridiculous reply from them. I request all the customers, please don't get into their trap of fancy advertisement on instagram and other social media platforms. I tried to contact them on Instagram but they do not care for customers reply. They just focusing on sales not after sale services. They are fooling the customers. If you get the wrong size and ask for replacement of size, they will not listen to you in first instance, after so many calls and follow ups, even if they agree, they will ask for the shipping charges and ask you to courier the previous one.
HOWEVER, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM ON NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM AND WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.”

“Terrible customer service. Unresponsive and irresponsible customer service. I had purchased 3 of their most premium product and the quality and size was terribly wrong for all of them (i was taken by shock to see such quality of material and work). Had asked for return/ exchange/ credit the same day, they didn't respond for long and when they did they were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. they would cut my calls abruptly. Obviously they didnt take the return although it was well in permissible timelines. The CEO also didn't respond although reached out via several channels.
So, shows their culture and responsibility towards their customers, let alone the poor quality products. Since then i have been avoiding looking at their brand wherever they appear, ex: myntra. I do a lot of online shopping across many brands and this is the only brand that irked me so far.”
“International returns are not accepted. They'll not mention it when you place an order but will throw it in your face once the order is with you. I'm stuck with dresses which are worth 25k+.”
“It's a fraud website. Never go for it. Just a hyped and advertised website. I think they collect money from customers by giving them cheap stuff and use that money for advertising. I bought a dress for 5000 which is a good amount of money. The dress had torn laces with threads out also the cloth stuff is of very poor quality. They even refused to exchange the defective product. On contacting them they are just ready to share their exchange policy of no returns or exchanges. Please never visit the website or purchase anything. It's a cheap used cloth house.”
“Product is not at all like it was shown. It’s not even wearable. I paid 4K for a dress. Even a local tailor will definitely do better job.
I am an online shopper, I have never regretted shopping as much.
They are sure that their product will not be as shown on website hence they do not entertain return or even provide a space where customer can write review/feedback. Save your money, don’t shop on Bunnai website.

“Totally fraud company. The owner Miss Pari Choudhary is also a fraud. I purchased a lehenga worth 15k and asked for an early delivery. They did not entertain it and simply said if there will be a manufacturing defect it may take longer...I asked them to cancel it and they refused to cancel ..the order came when I already went for the wedding in another city and my order got returned to their warehouse...now when I ask for the refund they are completely refusing...I have filed a legal case against them . Hope miss pari will understand how business is done ethically once they are slapped with a huge compensation.... completely avoid this bogus website and also report it so that they get banned from selling anywhere.”
“I ordered one suit from them . Price is rs 4500 and it look like rs 500 . Omg the duppta so cheap quality. I wore once and the dupptta is tear off. So sad reality and anarkali shirt is so badly stiched . I don't like it at all. The pictures and videos are so different from reality. Please don't play with people money. It is not good at all . Keep the product atleast near the price. If product is 4500 rs then please use better material. They just send free products to famous people so that we order from them . “I oredered a dress for 3500 which looks like 500 . This is their quality. Pleawe dnt buy anything ever from bunaai. Their products are very expensive and material is so disgusting. The colour of my dress is jarring in 1 use. They dnt have lining for the dress. The quality is so so cheap you csnt wear it. This brand is fraudulent. The pictures posted on site are deceptive. Their products are of poor quality and highly overpriced. They don't publish feedback from customers and have a spurious returns and exchange policy.”
“WORST kurta set I have bought till date. TERRIBLE fabric quality. Kurta doesn't have lining only. Dupatta looks like some 100/- one bought from a local market. Color and look of the entire set TOTALLY different from what is shown on your fraud page.

Their suit cloth bleed colors and color spread from dark shade side to lighter shade side. They say that exchange is possible only in 48 hours from receiving. After single use their cloth shows its poor character. How can anyone gets to know in 48hr that this product will bleed.”

“Pathetic customer care as no one picks calls. The product arrived 20 days later which is ridicules as it was not custom made! Their refund policy is horrible where you can only exchange the given product. The quality is also bad and I saw smoothing on the site for 3000 where it was available for just 695 on Amazon. Never ever buy from bunaai”
