This is the worst brand experience. The color of product delivered does not at all match the description. I ordered for a pastel pink kurta and got a neon pink instead. And when I asked for the return/exchange, they said they don’t have that policy and stopped responding to my mail. Very poor customer service, and also cheap material according to the price they’re charging. IN ALL THE WORST EXPERIENCE, not recommended to anybody.

PLEASE STAY AWAY- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a dress from here on August 1. After 2 weeks of ordering, I followed up with them asking for a dispatch date as I hadn’t received any update. They sent me a generic response saying that they will let me know when the item is dispatched. I followed up on the 3rd week again and they sent me a response saying that sometimes due to a manufacturing defect, the order takes 25 days to dispatch. It’s been 30 days today since August 1st and there has been no update. I asked them to cancel the order since it was way beyond the delivery time. They sent a generic email saying they can’t cancel which is very frustrating given that the delay was their fault. The customer service has been really bad sending me generic responses even though I asked them multiple times to escalate this. I have 18 emails with them and happy to share with anyone who wants to see. They have also been deleting my messages on their posts in social media.

Not at all happy with this team. I havnt got my order yet. It is almost 20 days and while ordering I confirmed with you guys they told me 10 days and now they are tell me more 2 weeks.

Worst experience with @bunaai, i bought one in past and that was good so this time ordered 4 suits together but disappointed with all, received damaged products with very low quality of material Plus they have worst exchange policy which i missed to read and worst customer care😢 Please read carefully before buying from them, your money will be wasted.

If you want your money to be stuck, Order from them otherwise, DO NOT ORDER! They will say delivery is 10 working day but the orders hardly arrive before 30 days. If you have a function, you will not get the order. The customer support team don’t exist, they will sound rude and would be mean most of the time if you have paid them.

Firstly , when the order arrived the set was missing a pyjama . Then the kurta had a stain. When i send the picture of the stain to bunaai’s instagram page. The person who handles instagram asks me for an unboxing video of a already unboxed item which is the moat foolish thing . And not once , but thrice he/she asks me for an unboxing video , after multiple times of informing that I didnt take an unboxing video , I’m not an influencer. On top of that she misreads everything and replies rudely (which I have screenshots of). . Poor item, poor aervice, poor after service, loss of money

Never purchase from this site. Their customer service is the worst. I ordered an item, they charged double money for international shipping and delivery and when I requested for an exchange since it was my first purchase. They told me - Please note international orders are not eligible for exchange return and refund. Their size chart is incorrect and I would never purchase from them again in future. I wouldn’t recommend it.

They don’t deliver products in the mentioned timeline, I waited for two months and still haven’t received it. When I asked to cancel they say they won’t refund on prepaid orders. Such scam and they lie that production is damaged.

Horrible experience with this fraudulent company.Placed order of 2 suits in June 2023 got 1 late in July with very low quality completely different from what was shown on website.. cheap material..2nd order still not received until now it's 3rd Aug .. they're not even cancelling my order.. pathetic.. DO NOT BUY @bunaai

Hi Bunaai Team, i have placed order on 2nd July and today is 1st of august and there is no order being delivered to me ??? how long will you take ?? You guys are fooling me from past 1 month saying it is in production and stitching etc ??? how long will you take ???

I ordered an 5 items worth over 22,000 INR on 9th of July and today more than 18 days later, no dispatch date. The customer service quote their website say good will be sent after 10 to 12 days, which I accepted and waited. I have emailed and called too, they keep saying products are being manufactured or the item will be sent in a week or day or two. I really hope the items are as good as the pictures on the websites. I don't understand how they can take an order showing sizes in stock and then take so long. I have also tried to leave comments on their page, and not surprisingly, they remove the inquiry regarding orders.

Its been 20 days they didn't send me the product when i called them to enquire, they said some print issue is there. I asked for the refund as it was a pre paid order but they refused and asked me settle on a voucher. Pathetic service !!

I paid 9950 rs fro three dresses only Its been over a month not received any. They keep saying the order is handcrafted etc But they are the worst brand ever. Wish I read these comments before ordering I would have not been in sucha problem

Bunaai is the worst brand ever. They lie that the clothes are in production, and for over a month, they don't care to deliver the products. Most horrible experience ever. They don't reply to you or answer the call. Waste your time and money. They mentally harass their customers. The brand will never grow due to poor customer and delivery service. No investors should ever invest in this snobbish brand. They should shut the company. I wish I could give minus stars.

Worst brand and bloody no one is picking calls and no return is available. Cheap stuff with worst material. I have been calling them and it’s indefinitely on hold. Such cheat should be punished.

They take your money and don't care about delivering on time. Forget refund as they only care about money. They don't have a stock of items they show and take your money and send it for production which can take even a month. Nobody answers the calls and they don't even return the money when you try and cancel the order. Thieving people really only bothered about money and not about customer satisfaction. NEVER ORDER FROM SUCH CHEAP COMPANIES

Where to begin all the issues are literary listed in here by many other people troubled by this brand. To help even a single person to stay away from this brand, I would like to highlight: - the delay is something they don’t even care for; - they will give you “prepaid” coupon codes to lure you into making payments then forget about delivering for another 30-40 or maybe more than that number of days; - do not buy any cotton or a dress with golden prints on it, you will find the colors faded & golden prints spreading all over the clothes; - poorly dyed cotton fabrics; - do not feel at all that, if you once paid and face any issues with delivery or quality, you will never see your money back with this brand. I never wrote a bad review for any brand but this company has taken things to a different level. Quality is not worth it for the pricing & no customer support at all. I believe I am a victim of my own actions that regardless of my past experiences with the quality, I fell for their design once again as it was marketed very appealingly. But this experience was the final nail in the coffin and made sure that I finally learn that not all that shines is gold. (I have kept all the records & images to prove my words are not false)

Very bad customer service..Pics are totally different..I wasted my 4500 ..i want To sell in Relove..The price they gvn 2000 only..Even i received the same day product..No tags..No return..No customer care..They even take pieces & iron it & again sale..Thats why not receiving tags..Worst & snt want to buy again..

THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD..... these people send defective pieces and since money is taken in advance..they dont bother to respond and even worse they will block you from every possible source of communication....PATHETIC...HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
