I placed an order for 4 items and being sent in bits and pieces, one at a time. Their customer service is pathetic. They do not commit to any date of delivery. They are arrogant too in their response. Its 12 days since i have placed the order and made full payment and they are not ready to commit to a date of delivery. They refuse to refund the amount as well. They say delivery is within 10-15 days. I don't see it happening in the next 3 days. Not happy with them at all.
