WORST kurta set I have bought till date. TERRIBLE fabric quality. Kurta doesn't have lining only. Dupatta looks like some 100/- one bought from a local market. Color and look of the entire set TOTALLY different from what is shown on your fraud page. I really think the pricing of this kurta set of theirs should be 200/- and NOT 4000/-. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. THIS BRAND SHOULD SHUT DOWN ITS STORE. FRAUD BRAND !!!!! 🤮

Bad service and pathetic policies, you have really disappointed me you really need to look into this and change your policies at least you should give an option to exchange the product and you should provide some delivery person if someone needs to exchange it’s product. Please improve your services

I have placed order for 2 suit set but I have received only one. When I informed them about the missing set they are refusing to give refund. I have tried several times to contact them. Customer service is worst. Never ever shop in bunaai. Very worst website. Quality of the suit is also not worth for money. They have cheated me in this order

Worst packing, the dress was all messy. No astar, they need to learn how to pack a dress and send. Worst website will not buy again from this site.

Don't buy their product! Pathetic quality. I bought this blue and cream colour co-ord set which was totally spoiled. Their suit cloth bleed colors and color spread from dark shade side to lighter shade side. They say that exchange is possible only in 48 hours from receiving. After single use their cloth shows its poor character. How can anyone gets to know in 48hr that this product will bleed.

Pathetic customer care as no one picks calls. The product arrived 20 days later which is ridicules as it was not custom made! Their refund policy is horrible where you can only exchange the given product. The quality is also bad and I saw smoothing on the site for 3000 where it was available for just 695 on Amazon. Never ever buy from bunaai

first quality is pathetic second after returning the suit they did not returned the suit nor the amount refunded. A fraud company and one should beware of this company.

Delivery taking forever. Queried with business as did not get any delivery notification even after 15 days of order. They mentioned the order has still not been shipped and so I asked for refund as I would miss the occasion for me to be able to wear the clothes. Kept getting generic reply for email with nothing about refund. Called instead. They mentioned cannot provide a refund even if the products have not been shipped? Also no news on delivery yet. If you want to order from here, order it at least 2 months before you need it. Also, the money I am paying does not justify the customer service and quality of products. Will not shop from here anymore.

I was gifted a prestitched saree from the Bunaai Phool collection. It was with great excitement and expectations that she got it for me for her wedding function. First, the delivery was delayed. Second, the packaging was horrible to say the least. The saree was stuffed in a clear plastic cover and sent. Third, lace and latkan quality was sub par. The saree looked so elegant in the picture. But in real the colours were jarring and the print was ugly. Fourth, the organza material and gota lace was so itchy I had rashes all over from where the material and lace came in contact with my skin in just the few minutes that I wore it to check the size. Fifth, the company point blank refused to exchange the saree. Sixth, the review I posted on their website didn't get published at all. This brand is fraudulent. The pictures posted on site are deceptive. Their products are of poor quality and highly overpriced. They don't publish feedback from customers and have a spurious returns and exchange policy.

Pari Choudhary pls improve your customer service first. Worst ever company. You are so arrogant rhat after comments you block ppl and do not bother to respond and revert. Google reviews of your company are all negative. Ppl don't get their order and one which are received are very cheap and poor quality material. Still there is no one to answer calls. First look at your business then stand any platform to give gyan. Not even 1 positive comments on any of the social media.

This is the worst brand experience. The color of product delivered does not at all match the description. I ordered for a pastel pink kurta and got a neon pink instead. And when I asked for the return/exchange, they said they don’t have that policy and stopped responding to my mail. Very poor customer service, and also cheap material according to the price they’re charging. IN ALL THE WORST EXPERIENCE, not recommended to anybody.

PLEASE STAY AWAY- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a dress from here on August 1. After 2 weeks of ordering, I followed up with them asking for a dispatch date as I hadn’t received any update. They sent me a generic response saying that they will let me know when the item is dispatched. I followed up on the 3rd week again and they sent me a response saying that sometimes due to a manufacturing defect, the order takes 25 days to dispatch. It’s been 30 days today since August 1st and there has been no update. I asked them to cancel the order since it was way beyond the delivery time. They sent a generic email saying they can’t cancel which is very frustrating given that the delay was their fault. The customer service has been really bad sending me generic responses even though I asked them multiple times to escalate this. I have 18 emails with them and happy to share with anyone who wants to see. They have also been deleting my messages on their posts in social media.

Not at all happy with this team. I havnt got my order yet. It is almost 20 days and while ordering I confirmed with you guys they told me 10 days and now they are tell me more 2 weeks.

Worst experience with @bunaai, i bought one in past and that was good so this time ordered 4 suits together but disappointed with all, received damaged products with very low quality of material Plus they have worst exchange policy which i missed to read and worst customer care😢 Please read carefully before buying from them, your money will be wasted.

If you want your money to be stuck, Order from them otherwise, DO NOT ORDER! They will say delivery is 10 working day but the orders hardly arrive before 30 days. If you have a function, you will not get the order. The customer support team don’t exist, they will sound rude and would be mean most of the time if you have paid them.
