This brand has the WORST return and exchange policy. If a product doesn't fit you, they do not even accept exchange request. There is a lot of difference between the size shown in the size chart and the actual size that they send. A customer's money goes waste. Already the products are priced high, and when this happens, it is very unsatisfying. I had a very bad experience and will NEVER recommend this website to any one. The customer service staff are also very rude and simply reply that since company policy is that they can't exchange the product, hence they will not even consider the request. It is an example of EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
