Pathetic customer service and exchange policy. Ordered first time from sale product and got issues with size, after multiple request somehow they agreed to exchange the size on demand of additional charges of INR 1200/- plus courier charges. They loot people and play with customers sentiments. Even cloth marerial was very cheap which they used. Advise everybody not to trust such independent online stores, they are not at all reliable. Very bad experience faced recently, wasted my time, money and energy on them.
