No refund policy! No exchange on sale products! I have spent on a suit set and I'm stuck with it! Bad customer service! I wouldn't recommend Bunaai to anyone else. And the quality is average at its best. Not worth the money worst exchange policy ever. They do not go by law and have their own silly policy. Government of India have made a policy of return in 30 days of buying the product which is applicable to each and every retailers .
