The return policy is horrible. The product is very expensive and they don't return or exchange it if you bought it on discount...the customer care staff is really rude and demeaning...plus in case you want to return or exchange you have to ship it yourself...big mistake buying from them..I ordered one size smaller but since the product was on 15 percent off they refused exchange straight away...would never recommend to anyone...the sizes are smaller than the standard kurta sizes.but no warning or anything mentioned on the website...so buy at your own rosk
