I placed an order on 23 april and to my bad luck it was prepaid order for 4,500 . The collection was for mother’s day bu till now i have not received the order and no information. You keep calling and no one responds. I asked them to cancel my order and give me the refund for which they are not ready. I feel i made a crime ordering. Why can’t they cancel the order when it has not been despatched also. Very pathetic. There should be some grievance centre who can check on them so that they can’t work according to there whims and fancies. STOP MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS. Order number is 317687. I want the refund.
