“I have had the worst experience with bunaai. Firstly they don’t allow any exchanges on the garments and have the shittiest policy of not even exchanging the dress for a size of its purchased on sale. On top of it their customer care executive disconnected my call. Their company is okay to lose the customers but not exchange any garment for a size. They did not even respond to my emails on time. Even if we got some discount, but we still paid the money which they don’t consider at all. I am highly highly disappointed in them and NEVER GONNA BUY AGAIN. Passing on the same message to my folks too.”
