The designs look good on website but i have got no update on my prepaid order for over 10 days! They haven't even shipped it yet. My money is stuck. They do not pick calls even after i wait for 30 mins. They don't reply to emails. Horrible.
They replied this on WhatsApp:
If there is a delay in manufacturing, we can take up to 25 business days. This is also mentioned on our website www.Bunaai.com!
