Customer care is worst. They cut the call as well. I ordered this dress to wear on my upcoming travel and i have been following up with them regarding the status. Even after 11 days of ordering, my dress is still not shipped and they say there is some material issue and it might take another one week to ship. It is of no use if the order comes after a week as I'll not be in town . I even said then to cancel my order and refund me. Even that option is not available. Never ever going to order anything from bunaai. Worst experience
