Feedback from my recent purchase from Bunaai.com - - Extremely low quality fabric. Looks dull and cheap. -Not at all value for money. Please don't trust the image shown on their portal. - It's better to have No Return and exchange policy at all. First they'll provide a Rs300 coupon to customers for pre-payment and later reject return requests stating - "all the products bought from the sale or coupons are non-returnable/non-exchangeable ''. This is mean and not expected from a brand like Bunaai. Beware please! - High time to review and revise their customer support services. One line reply for all my concerns is the worst kind of response from the customer service team.
