I wish I could rate them even lower. I had the worst ever experience with bunaai and for that reason alone I have to think mtiple times to shop anything online. I ordered a dress and it came with some red stains on it. I sent through an email to get a refund but was declined saying that if zoomed in on the pictures on the website, the pattern was visible. The dress looks horrible and it's an utter shame I can't use it or get a refund for the same. Never again from these guys.
