I wish I could start by rating 0.5. I recently ordered one suit set from Bunaai ( Rosa Schiffili Suit), well the product was on discount of 25% from the website. After I received an order, within 48 hours I placed a complain. The top and the Bottom of the suit does not match with each other. When I complain, their team tells me that they cannot do anything about it since it is a sale item. But, they also do have mentioned on the site that an article can be exchanged only if there is a fault in it. NOW, HOW IS A CLIENT AT FAULT HERE for receiving the wrong product. I have attached below pictures, it is so clear that there is a mismatch of the top and bottom, and clearly due to less fabric availability they some how managed to stitch this. Guys, there is always a problem ordering from their site, sometimes it is a size mismatch or sometimes the fabric issues. Never placing an order from here again. Horrible customer service. They will keep you on hold for 20 - 25 mins + and will never come on call. My recent order number was 361091
