The exchange policies not at all user friendly.sizes mentioned in size chart are totally away from regular size charts in e-commerce web sites so it's hard to buy without trying.i wasted my money because of this .very disappointed.so basically with bunaai you cannot shop unless you are ready to wast money.even it's hard to contact them.they do not answer for call and do not reply for emails.
