They have zero processes in place over my multiple orders. There are no order confirmations or follow ups post the order. Orders were delayed. I was called by the delivery agent as my number was mistakenly given for a delivery in Surat. They cancelled parts of my order saying out of stock with no communication on options/ refund. Sizes were incorrect in the products sent. Very disappointed at how they've been allowed to get away still functioning like this
