However, in an attempt to wash away the happiness of the Rakhi gift, company had just parcelled two suits in the packet mentioning 4 suits are into it. As soon as I opened the parcel I initmated the logistics and bunaai customer care on missing 2 suits. Now they are not taking accountability of where the gap is. Rather they said "sir chaar hatho se nikalta h product hum kaise dhyan rakhe" With evolving convenience of shopping, this e-commerce website has scope to take away your hard-earned money. On top of that their customer executives are not bothered of the issue and rather saying “I don’t want to repeat, I can’t help you.” Soon I will be taking legal action against them, because today it's me but tomorrow it could be someone else.
