If there was an option i would have given review in negative. For the first time I ordered something from bunaai and the experience was horrific. Dress which i received was a little tight, first of all there is no refund policy, so i asked for an exchange with new one or a bigger size. But the response they gave was that i myself have to bear the courier expenses of both side, there is also no online tracking system of bunaai which can give an assurance about dress being received and being despatched again. And to take things to altogether a new level of stupidity is that they don't mention anything about their policy while the time of purchase, and when I asked them to show me their policy, from last two days there response is "sir we forgot, we will send soon". All in all SINCERELY SEVERELY PATHETIC.
