I am very disspointted, I have oredred for the first time on bunaai and have a size issues. i have requested so many times for the exchange for bigger size on mail as well as call.
they are asking me more money for the exchange.
i have oreded for rs 3500 and they are asking to give 2000 more money to get it exchange.
they are not into making customer happy or satisfied.
they are into collect the money and then if customer is facing issue they will not help you out.
