Flowers were ordered for a funeral. Did not arrive after 3 days. Told I should check with the recipient if they had arrived. When I rang and said they hadn't, he suggested sending them again. Funeral service had already taken place. So NO, not acceptable. Money would be refunded in 5 - 7 days. I would be given £5 towards my NEXT order. DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ordering from them again. Bitterly disappointed.
