I ordered a 16 oz cup. Received a 12 0z cup. They replied and said the web site was in error, and could return the item. The refund was for the price of the cup plus tax, BUT not the cost of shipping. So I have to eat $6.85 for shipping because of their mistake.
The they said they would give me a shipping label to return the item, DID not receive.
