“This brand sucks lol. It is just corny af. Idk what happened but Bunker Branding needs to just fall apart already. It seems like children design, print, and ship their tee's.”
“When I ordered I upgraded the shipping to Priority. They downgraded it to Ground Advantage to save themselves an extra few bucks whilst the customer waits for longer.
If they do this many times over they’ll save quite a lot and screw the customers.
If the shipment was sent on time with the proper shipping then maybe it would be on time.”
“Order processing speed is so bad I could drive across the country, go into the warehouse, find the shirt, print a label, and package it myself, hand it to an employee, ask them to send it out, then drive back home, and still have to wait 3 more days before it's processed.”
“Just here to voice what everyone else says. Terrible quality. Not worth the money.
Buyer beware.
Ordered a tshirt that is skin tight and feels like a sack.
Huge bummer cause I thought the design was good, just the shirt quality is so poor I can’t wear it :/”
“Met a few of the office employees and they are just rude people. Not to mention the designs suck lately. I feel like this company had potential a few years ago but they should be embarrassed to call it a branding company. Please learn about your craft. It seems like the employees don’t want to work there and it shows in their products. Never buying from here again.”
“Quality of shirts and hats are horrible. Stitching on hat is coming apart after a few weeks. Dtg printed shirt is disgusting. Colors are bland and image is blurry. You can see the underbase on my screen printed shirts. They care about quantity over quality but still takes over a month to get my order.”
“Poor quality shirts very thin starts falling apart after washing. Maybe they should use American made shirts. Will not be ordering anything else. Also some styles you have to wait a month for them to make them, would be nice if they told you that.”
“I have two DEMOLITIA shirts that are probably 5 years old. They're still in great shape. Wanted to replace green one because of deodorant stains. Ordered a replacement. Arrived about a week later. I noticed that the stitching on the rear neck area was coming apart. I contacted customer support, and they said send it back and they will replace it. Received the replacement today and it's worse than the first one. They are clearly using poorly made shirts. I contacted customer support again and asked for a refund. They promptly responded and refunded my money. That's great and I appreciate their support. I would rather have a nice new well made DEMOLITIA shirt.”
“This review is about the lower than low quality of a Demolitia Back the Blue t-shirt. The material used in this shirt may as well been gauze. Terribly thin, so much so that it fits like a second skin. At just over $36. Including postage, this is a major ripoff. This really surprised me as Matt and Mere appear to be above ripping off their customers.”
“Extremely slow shipping, and shirts are awful quality. First wash and 2 of the 4 shirts I ordered have stitching coming undone around the hems, sleeves, and necks.”
“I don't normally leave online reviews. With that said, I do understand the affect they have on companies and their success. Hang with me, I'll keep it quick...
I ordered some T-shirts from Bunker off a post that had well over 60k likes/comments, so to say it was viral is an understatement. This let me know that there was a lot of interest... thus delays. Either way, I dug the design and the juice was worth the squeeze ... Emails came out quickly to confirm my order with a request for patience as they were busy and covid f*ucked their production rate like most smaller companies. A few weeks passed and my shirts were in the mailbox. Stoked. Open. Wrong shirts.
Damn. Online returns, shipping, etc is such a pain.
Alas, I wanted the shirt I ordered, selfish AF, I emailed Bunker and got a response within 10 minutes. Apologies, verification of receipt and wrong order, they priority mailed me the correct shirts without any issue. I was so impressed that I actually asked where I could leave a review... That leads us here. If you're still reading this, awesome... It's my day off and I'm 4 beers into my morning... Yard day. Wearing my correct shirt. Yall, this company has good products and great customer service... What more could you ask for. Buy that sh*t and quit researching your small town clothing company.”
“I ordered a shirt 8 days ago to benefit Ginger Billy’s pet rescue. The company took my money but they’ve not sent me any information on shipping or when to expect this purchase. This is not good business practice. If I don’t hear from them soon, I’m going to contact PayPal and try to get my money back.”
“Ok , sorry to hammer them like this but, it seems like the owner is all about money these days, older shirts were ok quality, todays shirts are way more expensive and extremely poor quality. Hanes sweat shirts made in Guatemala Mexico. Second I order these before Christmas and got the a week late 20 day delivery time is a no go. If you check glass door their employees talk like the business is run like a sweat shop. Unhappy employees aren’t good for business. The screens printing was well done though. Only if it was on a decent shirt.”
