Overall, my experience with this digital banking corporation is a net positive. But let's put things in perspective here. They are indeed a notable player in the neobank segment because they are one of the pioneers and possibly and early adapter and a disruptor, I am saying these because they are innovative and they brought a ton of new types of features to the industry. It's modern, it is raising the standards, the mobile app is comprehensive, which is all gooood. they are also as competitive as a normal bank in many terms but they don't provide overdraft facilities for example, and their account choices may be little bit costly for some people around the world, they don't diversify by geography, which could have been done. overall, not bad though.
