“I've suffered for a long time with bank bureaucracy and other issues. Recently I came across Bunq and I found out they offer customers to open a bank account online.
I was surprised and I really opened a bank account remotely and 5 minutes was enough for this action. Registration was smooth and without problems. As soon as I passed registration, I got a free trial for 30 days. Thanks for that! =)”
“I like the concept and I like the features they have created and offered with the various plans of account type. This made me sign up and open a banking account with bunq.
I was expecting a much smoother experience than the one I had…
First, the verification process takes much more time than it is supposed to take. I waited for three days to get my account approved. During this time I tried to contact their customer support and it was not much of a help. All they told me was that I will receive a notification as soon as my documents were reviewed.
Bunq must improve its onboarding process.”

I opted for the best available plan, cuz I am not only environmentally-aware but also favor the most delicious conditions. there are so many functions that I can't even get a grasp on all of them.

“Ich habe diese Bank eine Weile genutzt und meine Bankerfahrung hier ist genauso wie bei allen anderen. Zugegebenermaßen hat die Bank einige Bereiche, in denen sie sich verbessern könnte, aber bunq tut viel für seine Kunden. “I just recommended a friend of mine to switch to bunq. He is travelling a lot and uses some money transfer platforms and bunq made his operations and transactions much easier and in the end way cheaper.
Well, maybe this company are perfect for frequent travellers, but it can be equally good for everyday use as well. Only drawback is that there is no free basic plan.”
