I tried to open a business account on March 6, and every time I uploaded my documents, I was redirected to a chatbot that didn’t help me at all.
After submitting a complaint, I kept receiving the same automated responses, as if I was still talking to a bot.
There’s no way to reach them by phone, and each time you send a message, a different person responds, so you have to explain your situation all over again.
It’s now May 26, and I still haven’t been helped with opening an account. It's like they are not interested in new clients if they create a application like this.
I’ve switched to Revolut — and was fully signed up in just three days. Thank you, Revolut, for the excellent service! :))
