First, the verification process takes much more time than it is supposed to take. I waited for three days to get my account approved. During this time I tried to contact their customer support and it was not much of a help. All they told me was that I will receive a notification as soon as my documents were reviewed.
Bunq must improve its onboarding process.”

I mean i downloaded it and subscribed for one of the account types yeah? and i found it its a bit of a mix of positives and negatives all around. sure there are 4 account types and no one is forcing you, you can go for any one u want, the lay-out is clean too. the free account has so few features. free atm withdrawals are limited too!”

“Modern design for the banking app. It is practical with all the features packed into it. But in that lies a problem for those that prefer to keep it simple. It is too much information that I am not interested in. I like the bank, I am a client, and if I wanted something more I would ask support.”
