I like the concept and I like the features they have created and offered with the various plans of account type. This made me sign up and open a banking account with bunq. I was expecting a much smoother experience than the one I had… First, the verification process takes much more time than it is supposed to take. I waited for three days to get my account approved. During this time I tried to contact their customer support and it was not much of a help. All they told me was that I will receive a notification as soon as my documents were reviewed. Bunq must improve its onboarding process.
