I received a payment of 400 euro in my account without checking that they do not allow 3rd party funding and they closed my account and kept my funds.
They hold my funds since 19 of July 2023.
After several emails I have sent and explained the reason of the Inbound, my funds are still on hold and no updates.
They have never gave me my funds back.

There are certain things that cut across all the plans such as the interest rate. Saying money with the bank is really a big plus because of these interest rates.”

“I was hesitant at the beginning to consider these emerging neobanks as my first choice of banking solution, just for one reason - its overall security. However, I did my research and I found out that this particular neo-bank - bunq, has a banking licence from the European Central Bank, just like all the rest of the traditional banks. Compliance with the rules of the ECB means that they need to provide insurance for the deposited money of up to 100,000 euros. Just like any other bank. This made my doubts about their reliability and security to be redundant.
So, I decided to open an account with them and see how it would work out.
