A few months ago, I opened a business account with bunq. Everything worked relatively smoothly until last Friday, December 27th, when I tried to send a payment link to a client, but the app wouldn't open. Even through the web platform, I simply couldn't log in. Since then, up until this very moment, I have no access to my account. Clients can't pay me, and I can't make payments. I am losing money, unable to purchase things, and worst of all, there's no one to talk to. Other than exchanging emails with bots and hoping for the best, there’s nothing else to do. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Luckily, this is a relatively new account, and there isn’t a large sum of money in it. However, the experience is awful. I have no idea what will happen to my money or who is actually handling this "issue." Not recommended at all!!!
