After 3 Months of patiently waiting for my funds to be refunded to me after the closure of my BUNQ account. I have not received any of my funds as I constantly only get excuses that "there is a backlog" and it will take longer than expected. I have email receipts proving that I was guaranteed to receive my funds refunded to me by the 13th of March 2025, however, i still have not received my funds. The most disappointing part of this is that I was expecting Bunq to professionally handle this situation. At this point I will keep this review posted until my funds that exceed 10,000 Euros have been refunded to me. I hope I do not have to escalate this situation to legal representatives.
