The website and guides are really easy to follow for a non trade user which makes the purchasing process very transparent, something which isn't always the case with local providers.
One improvement I would suggest is when you open an exiting item in your cart but then hit back in the browser your cart is updated with another one of the items you viewed, even if you ahven't editted the item. It's a minor inconvenience so just a recommendation.
