Great service! Easy to use design website with lots of options which is exactly what I wanted as I'm picky! Also, great follow up customer service - I ordered different frame types by accident - they spotted it, called me and confirmed what I wanted over the phone. We also used up all the packers on one window and they kindly sent out more for us. The window is great quality and looks really well made. We fitted the window ourselves - the detailed instructions on their website were really helpful. I'll be using them again and again, as we have a lot of windows to replace, and I'll definetly be recommending them to friends.
