A coat I only wore once deteriorated. Purchased over 10 years ago in Harrods , obviously I didn’t keep the receipt. Was hanging in my cupboard is completely ruined. Contacted Harrods , Burberry in Knightsbridge and Customer Service. They couldn’t care less , I expected it to be repaired or replaced. One would expect a famous brand would last not be thrown away.
