“*BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING SILK SCARF"
I ordered a beautiful 90x90cm silk scarf. Wore it for the first time and LOVED it, until it came to me performing a regular daily task of running to the car whilst slightly raining outside and the amount of watermarks that have appeared are ridiculous and very obvious. Naturally I got in touch with the customer service team, expecting a refund or replacement but no, all they could offer was taking it to a specialist dry cleaners.
- There was nothing on the product page stating that it is not suitable for outdoor use
- It seems that their latest campaign 'Always Burberry Weather' may not be as true as they advertise!!!”
“A coat I only wore once deteriorated. Purchased over 10 years ago in Harrods , obviously I didn’t keep the receipt. Was hanging in my cupboard is completely ruined. Contacted Harrods , Burberry in Knightsbridge and Customer Service. They couldn’t care less , I expected it to be repaired or replaced. One would expect a famous brand would last not be thrown away.”
