I originally left a great review for Burris. I spoke with one customer service person and told him that I had stripped out a couple of the screws on the scope mount that I purchased from them. I admitted that it was my fault because I was using a T10 instead of a T15 to tighten down the screws. I told him that I would be willing to purchase the hardware to fix the problem that I had created. He told me that there was no worries and that he would send me a hardware kit at no charge. I thought that was exceptional service and that is why I left my first review. Well let me tell you something, that didn't happen. Tracking showed that there was a label created but the product did not move for about a week. So, I called Burris back and explained the situation and another guy told me that he would take care of it. Here I am 6 to 8 weeks later with no new screws. Keep in mind that I was willing to pay for the hardware. Come on man!! 🙄
