“I originally left a great review for Burris.
I spoke with one customer service person and told him that I had stripped out a couple of the screws on the scope mount that I purchased from them. I admitted that it was my fault because I was using a T10 instead of a T15 to tighten down the screws. I told him that I would be willing to purchase the hardware to fix the problem that I had created. He told me that there was no worries and that he would send me a hardware kit at no charge. I thought that was exceptional service and that is why I left my first review.
Well let me tell you something, that didn't happen. Tracking showed that there was a label created but the product did not move for about a week. So, I called Burris back and explained the situation and another guy told me that he would take care of it.
Here I am 6 to 8 weeks later with no new screws. Keep in mind that I was willing to pay for the hardware. Come on man!! 🙄”

“I have 2 Burris rifle scopes. The Fullfield one and two both 4.5 x 14 x42mm.
They are mounted on a Ruger Amierican Preditor .223 and a Tikka T3 .22-250.
The bulid quality is very high with fully multi-coated optics. Their optics are reasonably
priced and are very crisp and clear with a forever warranty from Burris. The customer service is excellent! The representative was extremely helpful and I was treated with kindness and courtesy. Burris Designed, Machined, and Assembled in Greeley, Colorado USA! Thank you!”
“Absolutely the best scopes on the market. Clarity of the lenses, durability of the housings and accuracy of and holding of “zero”. Their scopes are well worth the money. The forever warranty (no questions asked) places them well above any other competitor. I recently purchased an eliminator 4. After pulling it out of the box I dropped it “literally” pulling it out of the box. Called Burris talked to a great customer service rep named Shelby and all was right in the world!!!
