Just wanted to say that we are a client with a fleet policy and the team's dealing with the premier clients there is amazing, have had a reply to all our e-mails quite quickly and effectively. Just recently we have had quite massive issues caused by a 3-rd party and they went above and beyond in assisting us to resolve the matter ASAP without any knowledgeable hindrance, that was a massive relief for us, as up till now we still have no idea what should be the base case of action in such occurrences. Massive thanks to Aaron who was the one dealing with the matter from the beginning and saw it till the end.
