Wrong item delivered. Almost impossible to contact them until you write a bad review online. Then they react but basically soft soap you thereafter. Still waiting for resolution, but I am beginning to expect that nothing positive will materialise. I suspect they are middlemen because all I get are references to it being the fault of "the warehouse" and that Buttercup Farm have been given no information by them of when they intend collecting the wrong item from me ( and I assume also from the person who received my item, since I got theirs - we are now in touch, albeit at the other end of the country) and delivering the right item to each of us. Not a lot of hope now for getting it time for Christmas!!
