Thank you Juliette and Brian in customer care for sorting out a refunded £80.05 to a little old lady of 88 years who had saved up for three months to buy herself a de luxe garden chair which was out of stock .i was polite and calm in my emails to you and you must have put me at the top of your list to make sure I was stress free thinking I had lost £80 when the chair did not arrive after two weeks .
