I completed this form to say thank you to Juliette and Brian for sending me a refund but my message has disappeared as it is all trial and error for a little old lady of 88 trying to deal with modern technology ! Being calm and polite has obviously put me to the top of their list. Thanks to customer care for my £85. Which took,e three months to save up for !
