Great customer service the whole way through the process from start to finish. Answered any queries we had by email promptly and on delivery day the bed was built within 15 minutes. The mattress is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had and feels like being in a hotel bed every night. Super happy with the bed and mattress and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a bed!
